Three hours to receive, approve and fund a loan application

Last week a finance broker rang at 2pm with a loan application. The client had been let down by another financier. We hear that so often. The client needed $1.2million by 5pm as he had to fund a company takeover the following day. If the funds were not immediately available then the opportunity would be lost.

Security Offered: Residential property.

The property was valued and a letter of offer issued 15 minutes.

We prepared all loan documentation and performed all necessary searches.

We arranged to meet with the client at 4.30pm to have the documentation signed and to advance the same day loan funds.
